Along with being the President and chief operating officer of MONY,  Sam Foti  is also the president of Hose Masters Inc. It is a company based in Cleveland that manufactures all kinds of metal hose. Samuel Foti’s father, who had 30 years of experience in this line of business, founded it in 1982. Hose Masters Inc. is an active member of NAHAD, which is an international trade association for the hose industry.

Samuel J. Foti has been heading the company for the past 12 years. As the president of Hose Masters Inc. he worked closely with NAHAD for developing the Hose Assembly Guidelines project. This project was initiated to facilitate the hose industry as a whole. Samuel Foti played a very important role in making this project a success.

This project helped a great deal in improving the quality of the hose products as well as in marketing them. Three years after the introduction of the first guideline, in 2003 it was decided that the guideline should be redesigned and redrafted. For this function, a new NAHAD Standards Committee was formed which was chaired by  Samuel Foti . Serving in this capacity he put all his efforts into making this project possible.

He has been the driving force behind making this project a success and taking Hose Masters Inc. to new heights.
